Our Kesar Mangoes are the pride of Anand Baug. Often called the 'Queen of Mangoes', they are grown in the mineral-rich soil of Sinnar. Unlike commercial farms, we refuse to use Carbide for ripening. Instead, every mango is harvested at the right maturity and ripened naturally in hay-lined chambers for 8-10 days. This ensures the distinct saffron aroma and a sweetness that feels like nectar.
