1. Workshop Cancellations

We understand plans change. Our cancellation tiers are as follows:

• Cancellations > 48 hours before event: 100% Refund.
• Cancellations 24-48 hours before event: 50% Refund.
• Cancellations < 24 hours: No Refund.

2. Fruit Quality Issues

Perishable goods (Fruits) cannot be returned. However, if you receive damaged produce, please send us a photo within 4 hours of delivery, and we will issue a replacement or credit note.
